Hello Friends, My name is Heather Beary, and I am a mental health supporter, and activist. Thank you for checking out my Blog. I created this blog to share poems, thoughts, and short stories. I hope to bring you this in a positive, connecting, and uplifting way. Some stories may be sad, or tragic. Others may be etched in beauty, and overflowing joy. But that is how life is. We have good moments and bad ones. In this blog, I hope to help people connect, and relate to such moments. To empathize, and know you are not alone in how you feel. So please allow me to create an atmosphere of connection, empathy, peace, and positivity for us. Best wishes to all my readers, and thank you for your time. Love always, Your Friend, Heather Beary
Loss By Heather Beary Loss is a painful thing. Such deep heartache it does bring. There are so many things we've lost. Such heavy burdens, at unmeasurable cost. From those, we love, to parting with friends. Relationships no one mends. Many variations can be thrust upon us. Loss of a home, job, or financial status. Yes, there is so much to grieve. But things do get better. I have to believe. Life can be painful, life can be tuff. Some days you may feel that you have had enough. In fact, it can drive one quite insane. Just know I feel your pain. Yes no two, are quite the same. Your loss is only yours to claim. But know there are others, like you and me. We empathize quite deeply. Yes, the loss and hurt will remain. But I do promise time will dull the pain. So go at your own pace and you will be just fine. Eventually, your life will realign.
Kindness By Heather Beary The most beautiful thing you can ever be is kind to all others despite what you see. Kindness is beautiful. Kindness is free. Kindness and love is the ultimate key. When you treat others with kindness and care, you see those keys will take you everywhere. You hold it all in the palm of your hand. You have the power to sculpt this land. Why not create something divine? Just add kindness and you will do just fine. Just one act will create a ripple. Then the kindness will begin to triple. Isn't it wonderful? Isn't it strange? Just how much a little kindness can change?
